For the first episode of 2026, I’m talking about choosing a gentle start. Not trying to do everything at once, not having the entire year mapped out, and giving myself permission to grow into the year instead of racing through it. I’m sharing the goals that matter to me—personal growth, growing the podcast, and sending off my first draft—while also making room for fun, travel, concerts, learning, and movement.
