Fear not, Who On Earth is not strictly a cover band, releasing the E.P. 'Smoke And Mirrors' in 2025 and a full length album 'Blame' in 2022. This musically tight outfit releases material that deeply resonates. From a lyrical standpoint the material invokes a great conversation.

Non-Stop Rock Talk welcomes back singer/bassist Holly West and drummer Fred Aching of Dead Groove to discuss the bands upcoming tour with legendary Trapeze and Deep Purple singer/bassist Glenn Hughes. Chicago band Enuff Z Nuff and former Guns N Roses guitarist Gilby Clark will also be on the bill at certain points in the tour.

Cleopatra Records also comes up in discussion as Holly and Fred work very hard for the label. Infamous Texas band Dangerous Toys is mentioned as well with Fred admitting that he designed the cover art for the bands latest album of unreleased demos entitled 'Demolition'.

Of course the discussion also touches on vinyl records and how they are a much preferred format as opposed to CD's or the dreaded 'Spotify'. An obscure band Raging Slab is mentioned as a recent purchase by none other then our host.

Columbia House Record Club comes up as well. How did the demographic of the company work? Within the body of material available did they press the music as it was ordered? How did it work? Where was it pressed? Where were the masters of the music kept? It brings up many questions that we may never have an answer to.

Brian Vollmer, legendary singer of Canadian hard rock band Helix joins the show to discuss the upcoming release of Helix's new album 'Scrap Metal', the impact of Helix's music in the 80's and the amazing cover art of Helix's epic 'No Rest For The Wicked' album.

Within this episode it gives the listener a look into the past in Canada in terms of music and touring. What was going on in the 80's in Canada was a little bit different. There were Canadian only record labels and on those labels were bands that never broke stateside.
