Über diesen Titel

A film/comedy podcast where one host rewrites famous films based purely on the title - without ever having seen them.

Armed with minimal clues, he invents an entirely new plot while his co-host scores the rewrite for coherence, entertainment and originality.

Every episode feeds into a live leaderboard where listeners decide whether the rewrite is genius… or completely unhinged.

  • Episode 4: Minority Report
    Feb 21 2026

What if Minority Report wasn’t a slick sci-fi thriller… but a near-future music scandal about a struggling frontman who accidentally becomes the face of an annual “Minority Report” list celebrating the least-attended gigs in America?

In this episode of No Context Cinema Club, Rob attempts to rewrite Minority Report having never seen it - armed only with the title, Tom Cruise’s unavoidable existence, and Kev’s carefully drip-fed (and mildly weaponised) clues.

    Expect:

    • A viral music magazine “Minority Report” that turns failure into fame
    • A tortured singer with a suspicious past and an even more suspicious name
    • Online conspiracy sleuths connecting the dots far too quickly
    • Retina scanners, stolen songs, and a hit track called “Everybody Runs”
    • Courtroom chaos: murder charges and copyright drama (because why pick one?)

After Rob locks in his completely fabricated plot, Kev reveals what the real Minority Report is actually about… then scores the chaos for coherence, entertainment, and originality.

Was it a breakthrough… or has Rob fully sprinted into the nonsense horizon?

  • Episode 3: Reservoir Dogs
    Feb 14 2026

Reservoir Dogs (1992) – Rewritten From The Title

What if Reservoir Dogs wasn’t a razor-sharp crime thriller… but a heartwarming (and somehow deeply unsettling) live-action Disney-style adventure about an 11-year-old runaway who becomes leader of a colour-coded dog commune in an abandoned quarry?

In this episode of No Context Cinema Club, Rob attempts to rewrite Reservoir Dogs having never seen it — armed only with the title, vague cover-art memories, and Kev’s increasingly chaotic “help”.

    Expect:

    • Talking dogs voiced by Vinnie Jones
    • A Robinson Crusoe-style dog village in a quarry (reservoir-ish… don’t ask)
    • Bullies, redemption, and one very un-Disney ear incident
    • A Tarantino vibe, but accidentally (and with more poodles)

After Rob locks in his completely fabricated plot, Kev scores the chaos for coherence, entertainment and originality.

Was it genius? Or has he completely lost the plot?

  • Episode 2: Good Will Hunting
    Feb 14 2026

Good Will Hunting (1997) – Rewritten From The Title

What if Good Will Hunting wasn’t a beloved Boston drama… but a moral-thriller about a scholarship built on “moral fibre”, a small-town library archive, and the most suspicious property developer in cinematic history?

In this episode of No Context Cinema Club, Rob attempts to rewrite Good Will Hunting having never seen it - armed only with the title and a few dangerously helpful nudges from Kev.

    Expect:

    • A scholarship based on integrity (Harvard, please don’t fact-check this)
    • A dusty library archive discovery
    • A love interest called Grace (yes, “Will & Grace” happened)
    • A newspaper clipping that solves a crime in the background
    • And a mirror Sharpie scene that absolutely screams “serious cinema”

After Rob locks in his completely fabricated plot, Kev scores the chaos for coherence, entertainment and originality.

Was it genius? Or has he completely lost the plot?
