As of December 2023, new legislation for wine labeling will come into effect in Europe. This will require the disclosure of nutritional information and the list of ingredients, such as potassium polyaspartate and gum Arabic.

We will discuss how wines with additives have been produced and consumed for years. We will also analyze the positive effects of their addition from a practical and sustainable point of view.
