Über diesen Titel
A story, a narrative, we have all heard them as children and as adults through our communications.
But did you realise that experiences and situations that you did not like or enjoy created a story in your head that you live into each day?
A traumatic experience may have left it wounds and instead of healing we created a story with our mind that we retell again and again to keep us protected in a way, but does not allow us to heal and release.
As part of a family we also inherited stories/narratives from our parents which have travelled down the generations. The way life should be, could be....
