Hello everyone! In this episode, I introduce myself in a very open an vulnerable way.
I go over a brief part of how I started, what got me motivated to start the journey I have been on, touching on the emotional and REAL part of it all.
A lot of us struggle with motivation when it comes to our personal goals, and I wanted to share how I have struggled with mine and a few of the things I did to overcome them or make it through WITH them.
In future episodes I will touch on areas I did in this episode in more detail, we will also be having segments in each future Podcast where we talk about YOUR Real and Remarkable moments!
