Our world puts so much pressure on Moms & women in leadership to do so much. To get so many things right and do ALL.THE.THINGS....and this pressure causes us to just keep adding more to our plate. When we continue to pile on these expectations, everything just feels so impossible.

We can spend so much time thinking about all the the things we know we SHOULD do, but what about those we SHOULDN'T do?

Lesson #1 is that I should take a hard look at the things I shouldn't be wasting my time, energy and thoughts on and cut it out of my life.
