Rashida is a Bronx-born and raised Developmental Specialist who has worked with special needs babies since 2003, in 2006 “Baby Masterminds, Incorporated” was born. Baby Masterminds offers developmental evaluations and provides therapy (educational & special instruction) to special needs babies.
