Flashback to 1960: Brother Eric, a young, earnest Mormon missionary with a Southern charm, is immediately drawn to the serene beauty of the house on Evergreen Street. But the lurking darkness, disguised as the voice of the Lord, quickly takes hold, hypnotizing Eric and compelling him to commit unimaginable acts in the name of his mission.
