    One thing I feel is hard to come to terms with on this healing journey is acceptance. You basically have to put yourself aside, acknowledge your role and be okay with how things are, it's hard because you want to fix everything and get what you deserve. The sad reality is that nobody owes you anything, and the biggest thing you should be taking away from the situation is discernment. Discernment is the ability to judge well, this will help your bullshit detector and help you be more mindful and intentional of your energy. The one thing I want you to take away from this is to be more mindful, and intentional with your energy, and  not everybody deserves access to you.
