The intention of this meditation is to offer rest and replenishment. It’s for us to drink in what we need.
We replenish so that we can recreate ourselves. Or come back to life stronger, more resilient, ready.
This is about healing. Whatever healing means to us. And understanding that healing is never linear.
Meditation starts at 1:36 so feel free to skip the intro and go straight into meditation mode.
Just know that this practice is for you and your healing process, therefore, if something doesn’t feel good for you, you don’t have to continue… or you can just focus on your breath rather than my voice! The meditation includes visualization, which is super hard or even impossible for some. If that’s the case for you, don’t worry about it, again, just focus on your breath!
