Über diesen Titel
What if the health of your marriage depends less on matching every opinion and more on choosing one unshakable center? We explore a simple image that changed how we navigate love, work, parenting, money, and spirituality: one body, many legs. The body is our shared identity and vision; the legs are the daily domains that move in their own ways and speeds. When the body is clear, the legs can differ without tearing us apart. When the body is vague, the legs scatter.
We talk about how to name that body in a place of rest rather than performance, and why returning to it can dissolve resentment and fear. Vulnerability becomes the doorway: naming loneliness in parenting, confusion in faith, or stress in finances without turning each other into targets. Instead of forcing sameness, we practice a rhythm of coming back to the question that built us: Who are we? From that answer, the methods can change while the core stays true. We also get into the danger of secret separate selves, how outside voices can form a second center if we let them, and why feedback from your partner is the mirror that reveals angles you cannot see alone.
Our conversation reframes faith as a present-tense posture—substance now, evidence now—that pushes against fear and cynicism. We don’t chase old forms; we reconnect with the why beneath them. That shift helps us move through seasons without becoming roommates who wake up strangers once the kids leave. If you’ve felt out of sync on the details or alone inside your lane, this episode offers language, tools, and hope for walking as one body while letting each leg do its work.
If this resonates, follow the show, share it with someone who needs a reset, and leave a review with your one-line answer to “Who are we?” We’ll read our favorites on a future episode.
