This man is not fit for the Senate. Later, President Trump selected Kash Patel to combat waste, fraud, and abuse, is proving to be an excellent choice as evidenced by a record-setting $6.5 billion healthcare fraud crackdown charging around 450 defendants, primarily in Medicaid and hospice schemes. Officials emphasized unprecedented state-federal cooperation across 45 states and attorneys general, building complete case files for swift law enforcement action—the first such unified effort in modern history. Afterward ,a Biden-appointed federal judge issued a 75-page opinion shutting down the Trump administration's modified SAVE system database, created via executive order to verify citizenship or immigration status of registered voters through DHS and SSA records. This activist decision promotes lawlessness and voter fraud by blocking checks on non-citizens, dead people, and illegal immigrants, especially ahead of midterms. The same judge also blocked an FTC antitrust probe into Media Matters and barred deportation of unaccompanied migrant minors for family reunification abroad. Meanwhile, Senator Mike Lee advances the SAVE America Act, requiring government-issued ID to vote—supported by over 80% of Americans across parties to make voting easy but cheating hard—though four anti-Trump Republicans hinder it in the Senate, where Trump is pushing for passage. News Guard is a pro-censorship group hostile to conservatives that blacklists right-leaning outlets, while rating Chinese Communist Party state media like China Daily as far more reliable than conservative sources. By licensing its biased ratings for AI training and supervised learning, News Guard aims to steer AI toward leftist-approved information and suppress conservative viewpoints, amplifying radical propaganda risks if America loses control of AI development. Also, the FBI, under Director Kash Patel, is actively fulfilling President Trump's campaign promise to combat waste, fraud, and abuse while draining the swamp by targeting criminals. The agency has conducted violent crime operations resulting in numerous arrests, illegal firearm seizures, and drug takedowns, alongside sentencing child predators. This marks a shift from prior administrations' use of the FBI for political censorship, to now focusing on real crimes. Meanwhile, Gov Gavin Newsom is a prime example of entrenched corruption. There’s a DOJ investigation into Newsom and his wife Jennifer's finances, nonprofit ties, taxes, and business dealings. Newsom might prioritize avoiding jail over a 2028 presidential run, while DOJ is following the money. Later, a Biden-appointed federal judge in D.C., blocked the Trump administration from using a program to verify citizenship and more quickly remove foreign nationals from state voter rolls. The ruling is activist judicial interference that prioritizes illegal aliens over the law requiring elections to be reserved exclusively for American citizens, enabling voter fraud as part of a Democratic open-border strategy to flood the country with illegal immigrants, secure their votes through benefits, and fundamentally transform America. Finally, despite Iranian threats and a Saturday proclamation closing the Strait of Hormuz in response to Israel’s actions against Hezbollah, tankers continue moving through the waterway. CENTCOM stated Iran does not control the strait, confirmed ongoing traffic with 55 merchant ships transiting and over 17 million barrels of oil reaching global markets, lowered the risk advisory to moderate, and affirmed U.S. forces are monitoring to ensure agreement compliance.     This week on the Mark Levin Show, we're still waiting for the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran to be released. Iran has a copy. So does Qatar, Pakistan and Turkey. But we don't. And neither does Israel. But even if the deal was made public, no deal will change the behavior of this enemy. The Iranian regime has never and will never change its ideology. To them, we are the enemy and we must be destroyed. Those who insist a deal can be made and that it is preferable, then they have to prove it. Later, motivated by hatred of Trump, billionaires, Israel, and Jeffrey Epstein-related conspiracies, plotted a multi-phase attack on the UFC Freedom 250 White House event using explosive drones on the South Lawn followed by sniper teams to massacre fleeing attendees. The FBI foiled the plot by infiltrating the chats after a suspect's mother alerted police over his firearm purchases and radicalization. These Woke Reich conspiracy promoters are fueling such violence, as the Woke Reich overlaps significantly with Marxist-Islamist left ideologies. When Mark Levin was working in the Reagan administration he argued strenuously against a deal with the congressional Democrats where the administration would agree to grant citizenship to 2.3 million illegal aliens in exchange for promised funds to better secure the border. President Reagan did as promised, but the Democrats reneged. Mark has his disagreements with the Iran MOU, and does not believe the Iranian regime will ever honor any agreement, but Mark adores President Trump, just like Reagan. If President Trump wants the MOU to become a final deal, it will proceed regardless of opposition. Later, there are ongoing Hezbollah attacks—firing missiles and drones daily into Israel under a supposed ceasefire, directed by Iran, forcing depopulation of northern Israel. Hezbollah, an Iranian proxy never truly part of Lebanon that has murdered hundreds of Americans, assassinated Lebanon's president, and weakened the country, remains its most powerful force. The proposed MOU demanding Israel cease military operations permanently, including in Lebanon, before a final agreement risk enabling continued Iranian aggression while setting Israel up for blame if it defends itself.
