For the first episode of The Locomotion in English, we interviewed the cellist Mabe Fratti, born in Guatemala, but now in Mexico, who performed last August during the festival Feeërieën organized in Brussels’ Parc Royal by Ancienne Belgique. Her rather calm last album, Se Ve Desde Aqui, contrasts with the formula presented on stage, much more electric, as a trio with her drummer and her guitarist.
In her green room, we talked about the future, her mindset, her numerous collaborations (Titanic, Amor Muere...), his residency at Café Oto in London and the alternative scene of the Mexican capital.
