This recording has been recorded over and over to make sure I could share without breaking down, Some attempts you wouldn't have even been able to hear me audibly, so I ended up sharing partial detail being conscious of those who have faced rape themselves, some of what I shared can still effect others and I am being conscious of them also, but I will share other perspectives from this episode.
Me speaking my ''Truth" is to encourage others to do the same, I am working on so many things to push against shame, regret and self hatred along with others, are all party to trauma I AM A SURVIVOR of rape although there are lots of things that still cause fear, concern and doubt in myself, I am working on the notion that I have choice, simple in saying but its the doing, lots of things I have moved on from like triggers and reminders these I am working on until I overcome.
