• Angels Anonymous - The Missing Link To Feeling Safe In Your Body w/ Dr. Seher
    Feb 18 2026

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Dr. Seher, a pelvic floor therapist, to talk about the part of the body most of us were never taught to understand but deeply need to. We explore how the pelvic floor connects to stress, trauma, anxiety, digestion, sexuality, and our nervous system, and why so many people are disconnected from this powerful center. This conversation is grounding, eye-opening, and an invitation to feel safer, softer, and more at home in our bodies.

If you enjoyed this episode, I would LOVE to hear from you - write what resonated with you the comments, give a 5 star rating, or share with your friends! Your support means the world.

  • Angels Anonymous - Behind The Scenes Of Showing Up Anyway
    Feb 16 2026

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on what it actually looks like to create content and host a podcast behind the scenes. The effort, the resistance, the self-doubt, the many reasons I could've skipped recording... and why I show up anyways.

This episode isn't for today's version of me. It's for the version of me years from now. The one who will reap the quiet, unseen fruits of showing up imperfectly. The one who benefited from the choices I made when no one was watching.

We don't see the results of our efforts right away. We plant seeds now and trust the future to meet us. That's what keeps me going.

I also talk about the importance of creating: not just acting on the idea, but sharing it. Putting your voice out there. Letting yourself be seen. Because creation doesn't fully complete it's cycle until it's released.

If this is the year you feel called to show up for yourself in a bigger way, you can do it. Truly. If I can, so can you.

And if what you need instead is to pause, reflect, review the year, plan for the next... or take your foot off the gas entirely, honor that too. Only you know what this season is asking of you.

See you next year. xoxo V💫

  • Angels Anonymous - How I Manifested Love & Why Perspective Is Everything
    Feb 13 2026

Okay... this episode title might sound a little clickbaity — How I Manifested the Love of My Life - but if you know me, you know this isn't going to be an "I have the perfect formula for you to attract love in 90 days" kind of episode.

In this episode, I share what actually shifted for me in love, not by forcing or fixing myself, but through changing my perspective.

I talk about moving through a heavy relationship, the fear of feeling farther behind in my healing than I thought, and why heart healing isn't linear. I share journal entries from last year, the mindset shifts that helped me let go without becoming bitter, and how staying open made more difference than trying to manifest perfectly.

This episode is for you if you're single and tired of making it mean something is wrong with you, if dating has left you feeling guarded or discouraged, or if you're trying to believe (even with little to no evidence) that things can still work out.

  • Angels Anonymous - From Overwhelmed To Refreshed: Closing The Year With Intention
    Feb 12 2026

This time last year, I was in a completely different place... moving through a breakup, feeling emotionally raw, anxious, and overwhelmed. As this December arrived, I realized how much that season still lives in my nervous system, and how often overwhelm turns into irritability, negativity, or the quiet story that nobody really cares or is listening.

In this episode, I'm sharing how reflecting on where I was last year inspired me to intentionally create a December Mental Health Plan as a way to restore capacity, soften my inner dialogue, and stop carrying everything alone as I close out the year.

We talk about:- Healing after a breakup and the long tail of emotional overwhelm- How anxiety shows up as complaining, comparison, or self-criticism- The narratives we tell ourselves about being unseen or behind-The boundaries, daily practices, and support systems I'm prioritizing this month- Why therapy, co-regulation, and additional support feel essential right now- How I'm choosing to move from overwhelmed to inspired as I look ahead to 2026

If you're ending this year feeling exhausted, sensitive, or disconnected from yourself, this episode is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and choose a gentler way forward.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You're allowed to choose support. You're allowed to feel inspired again, one small step at a time.

  • Angels Anonymous - Cozy Catch-up: Florida, Feelings & Favorites
    Feb 11 2026

Welcome back, angel. Today's episode is a cozy catch-up! A little Florida recap, a little feelings dump, and all the favorites I'm (mostly) intentionally consuming lately.

We're grounding in (hello, angel number 6666), talking anxiety moments, what I texted my boyfriend, how my tummy survived gelato (!!), and why homemade ginger shots without a juicer should honestly be illegal.

I'm also sharing all the things I'm loving right now:- collagen coffee rituals- chicken salad & recipe-book era- late night date bar (with ghee, always)- aloe juice, probiotics, electrolytes & Celtic salt- Insight Timer + friend accountability check-ins- candles, rings, tallow lotion, Fenty gloss, brow dye- books, shows & podcasts I'm obsessed with.

    A soft, sunshine-y, simple-joys kind of episode.

Cozy up and catch up with me. 💛

  • Angels Anonymous - Why Your Mind Never Shuts Up (And Your Phone Owns You)
    Feb 10 2026

In this episode, I open up about the season of feeling mentally foggy, emotionally clogged, creatively overstimulated, and constantly pulled into my phone. I share the real patterns behind the "never enough" feeling, the overthinking that paralyzes you, the pressure to constantly create, the waves of emotion that hit out of nowhere, and the compulsive scrolling that makes your brain feel broken.

We look at screen-time and mental health (yes, check your hours), the suffocating energy of over-consuming inspiration, the ache for connection, and the fear of being alone with yourself. If you've been numbing, distracting, or drowning out your inner world, this episode will feel like a deep exhale.
