• 40. Audua’s Story Part 2! MIM Movement is Medicine
    Feb 15 2026
This week’s episode is Part Two of my conversation with Audua. In Part One, we honoured the story of her daughter, Erica, and the experience of stillbirth at 25 weeks. In this episode, we turn gently toward what came next, not moving away from grief, but exploring what has supported Audua within it. We talk about Movement Is Medicine, how she discovered it, why it resonated so deeply, and how reconnecting with her body became part of her healing. Audua shares her passion for movement, for nervous system regulation, for joy, and for helping others feel more grounded, more present, and more alive in their own lives. This conversation is about reclaiming space in your body after trauma.
It’s about faith, connection, and recognising that healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means learning how to live fully alongside what you carry. Audua’s love for this work is powerful. The way she speaks about Movement Is Medicine is not just professional, it’s personal. It’s lived. And it’s something she now wants to share with others so they too can regulate, reconnect, and thrive. This is Part Two of Audua’s journey and it’s a beautiful one. • 39. Audua’s Story! Part 1, Stillbirth at 25 weeks.
    Jan 15 2026
This week you will hear Audua’s Story. Part One of a two-part conversation with Audua, and in this first part we focus on the story of her baby, Erica, who was stillborn at 25 weeks. Audua shares what happened, what those moments were like, and how life changed in ways she could never have imagined. We speak openly about grief, trauma, and the raw reality of baby loss, the things people don’t always know how to talk about, but need space to be heard. She also speaks about her faith in God, and how, even when everything felt broken, she came to see her life as part of God’s tapestry, where threads of pain, love, loss, and hope are all woven together, even when we can’t yet see the full picture. This conversation holds space for love, loss, honesty, and faith, and for the understanding that nothing in this journey exists in isolation, that everything is connected, even in grief. In Part Two, we’ll go on to explore Audua’s work with Movement Is Medicine, and how movement, regulation, and connection have supported her healing and now help her support others to live more fulfilled, grounded lives. For now, this is Erica’s story, and this is Audua’s truth. So please join us

  • 38. Maëla’s Story! Part 2 Every Loss Matters: An Open Conversation on Grief
    Dec 15 2025
This week, we return to my conversation with the incredible Maëla in Part 2 of her story. In Part 1, she courageously shared her journey through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, termination for medical reasons, and the terrifying moment during her rainbow birth when doctors believed she had died and began a perimortem C-section. Her honesty and bravery left no part of her story untold and it touched so many hearts. In this episode, we go even deeper. We talk about grief, the quiet moments, the stormy ones, and the ways it shapes our lives. We explore the healing process, the impact loss has on relationships, and the importance of allowing ourselves and each other, to grieve in our own way. We speak openly about different types of grief, the necessity of being honest with our children about life and loss, and the power of breaking the silence. And we hold this truth at the centre of our conversation: There is no hierarchy in baby loss. Every loss matters. Every story matters. Every feeling matters. This episode is raw, tender, and full of hope. It’s about finding strength in vulnerability, building connection through shared experience, and reminding ourselves that we don’t have to walk this journey alone. S please join us

  • 35. Andrea’s Story!
    Sep 15 2025
This week you will hear Andrea’s story. Andrea lives in the America and is a paediatrician who specialises in child abuse, a profession that speaks to her lifelong commitment to protecting children. Yet, when it came to her own journey into motherhood, Andrea faced challenges that few could have imagined. Years of infertility issues, countless rounds of IVF, heartbreaking miscarriages, and failed implants eventually led her to gestational surrogacy, first for her twins, and later for her third son. Much of this journey was carried in silence, as Andrea shielded herself from the pain of having to share difficult news over and over again. When her long-awaited children finally came home, Andrea’s dreams were realised, but so too came the weight of everything she had endured. The impact on her emotional wellbeing was profound. With time, therapy, and reflection, she chose to break her silence, not only for herself but also for her children. Although she has always been open with her sons about how they came into the world, it was the assumptions and comments from others that compelled Andrea to raise her voice publicly. Her book, “Every Family is a Tree”, is a beautiful celebration of the many different ways families are formed, and a tender resource for parents who want to begin those important conversations with their children. This is one of the first times Andrea has spoken openly about her journey. It is unique, yet far more common than many people realise. I am deeply grateful to her for joining me on this episode and for trusting this space to share her truth. This is a conversation you will not want to miss. • 34. Emily’s story!
    Aug 15 2025
This week you will hear Emily’s story. Emily was told she would never have children naturally and yet, against the odds, she fell pregnant unexpectedly. She was shocked, nervous, and full of mixed emotions and if she’s honest, terrified, But her nerves soon turned into joy when she gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Just six months later, Emily found herself pregnant again, but this time, her joy was cut short when she experienced a missed miscarriage. A heartbreak that was made even harder by the lack of care and compassion she faced in A&E. In this episode, Emily opens up about the whirlwind of emotions, the hidden trauma, and why she’s determined to speak out, not just for herself, but for partners who are too often left out of the conversation. She also shares why it’s so important that we keep talking about these experiences, no matter how difficult they are to hear. This is a story about hope, heartbreak, and the courage to speak out and I’m honoured to share it with you. So please join us
