Today we are talking about the Amber Guyger trial and sentencing. She is a former police officers who was sentenced last week for the death of Botham Jean. Jean devout christian and brother in christ was mistaken for an intruder in Ambers home when in all actuality she was entering his home mistakenly and he was shot to death. This is a fascinating story of Faith and forgiveness from the family. There has also been a public outcry because members of Botham Jean family chose to forgive and talk of violations of church and state because the Judge gave Amber Guyger a bible after sentinching.
