    الحلقة الأولى من بودكاست "عاش يا كابتن" هى عن الصعوبات والضغوط النفسية اللي بتواجه المرأة المصرية عمومًا في المجالات الرياضية وضغوط المجتمع والأسرة ومدى تأثير البيئة المحيطة عليها. وفيلم "عاش يا كابتن" هو فيلم تسجيلي/وثائقي عن "زبيبة" الفتاة المصرية ذات ال ١٤ عامًا، وتحلم بتحقيق بطولة العالم فى رياضة رفع الأثقال. وخلال ٤ سنوات تبدأ زبيبة رحلة من الانتصارات والهزائم التى تشكل مشوارها كبطلة عالمية بمساعدة مدربها كابتن رمضان، الذى لديه خبرة تفوق ال ٢٠ عاماً. وهذه الحلقة هى تسجيل صوتي لحلقة النقاش التي تم تنظيمها بعد أحد العروض للفيلم بالتعاون مع سينما زاوية بالقاهرة في يوليو ٢٠٢١، ضمن فعاليات حملة التأثير التي هدفها رفع مستوى الوعي ودمج الفيلم مع جمهوره وخلق أكبر تأثير اجتماعي ممكن من خلاله. والفيلم من إخراج ميّ زايد وقد تم دعم حملة التأثير من قبل مؤسسة أفلامنا وIMS والمبادرة المصرية الدنماركية للحوار. وضيفة الحلقة هى د. سارة نظمي، استشاري الطب النفسي في Somerset NHS Foundation Trust وهى مؤسسة الخدمات الصحية الوطنية بالمملكة المتحدة. وقد تخرجت د. سارة نظمي في كلية الطب بجامعة الإسكندرية عام ٢٠٠٩. ثم أتممت فترة التدريب بمستشفى الدمرداش الجامعي بالقاهرة عامي ٢٠١٠- ٢٠١١ قبل بدء العمل كطبيبة نفسية مقيمة بمستشفى المعمورة للصحة النفسية والإدمان بالإسكندرية في الفترة ما بين ٢٠١٣ - ٢٠١٧. كما عملت كأخصائي الطب النفسي وعلاج الإدمان بمركز ريكاڤري للصحة النفسية وإعادة التأهيل في الفترة ما بين ٢٠١٤ - ٢٠٢٢. ويدير الحلقة محمد طارق، الناقد السينمائي المصري ومبرمج المهرجانات ومحترف إدارة الفنون وهو أيضًا المبرمج الرئيسي في سينما عقيل. وقد عمل سابقًا نائبًا للمدير الفني لمهرجان القاهرة السينمائي الدولي، ومبرمجًا سينمائيًا في مهرجان الجونة السينمائي، ومبرمجًا للأفلام القصيرة في مهرجان دبلن السينمائي الدولي. كما شغل منصب مدير مشروع السينما من أجل التنمية في جمعية النهضة العلمية والثقافية (جيزويت القاهرة). وهو عضو جمعية نقاد السينما المصرية المرتبطة بمنظمة فبريسكي (فيدرالية نقاد السينما الدوليين). The first episode of the "Lift Like a Girl" podcast discusses the difficulties and psychological challenges that Egyptian athletes, the pressures of society and family, the extent to which the surrounding environment influences them. Lift Like a Girl is a feature-length documentary about "Zabiba"; a 14-year-old Egyptian girl who aspires to be the world weightlifting champion, with the assistance of her coach, Captain Ramadan, who has over 20 years of experience. This episode is an audio recording of a panel discussion following a film screening in collaboration with Cairo's Zawya movie theater in July 2021. It was organized as part of the film's impact campaign, aiming to raise awareness, foster a sense of community, and have a positive social impact. The film is directed by Mayye Zayed and the impact campaign was supported by Aflamuna, International Media Support (IMS), and the Danish Egyptian Dialogue Initiative (DEDI). The episode features Dr. Sarah Nazmy, an Egyptian board-certified consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in the UK. Dr. Nazmy graduated from the Alexandria School of Medicine in 2009. After completing an internship in 2010–2011 at Demerdash University Hospitals in Cairo, she worked as a resident physician in psychiatry at Maamoura Hospital for Mental Health and Addiction in Alexandria from 2013 to 2017. From 2014 until 2023, Dr. Nazmy was working as a specialist psychiatrist at the "Recovery Center for Mental Health and Addiction Rehabilitation." The episode is moderated by Mohammed Tarek, an Egyptian film critic, festival programmer, and arts administration professional who is also the lead programmer at Cinema Akil.
