  • All In - Pastor Tim Brannon
    May 4 2026

What does it really mean to be all in?

In this throwback message from May 11, 2025, Pastor Tim Brannon challenges us to move beyond casual Christianity into a life of complete surrender. Drawing from Jesus’ words in Matthew 16:24–25, this sermon confronts the tension between holding on and letting go—between saving your life and truly finding it.

Through compelling stories—from the relentless pursuit of innovation by Thomas Edison to the radical, no-retreat mindset of Alexander the Great and Hernán Cortés—this message builds a vivid picture of what total commitment looks like. But the heart of the message goes deeper: Jesus isn’t calling for admiration or convenience—He’s calling for surrender.

Why do we follow Him? Is it for what He can do for us, or because of who He is?

Exploring moments like the feeding of the 5,000, the response of the disciples in John 6, and the sobering account of Ananias and Sapphira in Acts 4–5, Pastor Tim exposes the danger of half-hearted devotion and the illusion of being “all in” while still holding back.

This sermon draws a clear line between commitment and surrender—reminding us that while commitment keeps us in control, surrender gives everything over to God. Echoing the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, “When Christ calls a man, He bids him come and die,” this message invites listeners to lay down their lives in order to truly live.

This isn’t just a message—it’s a call to examine your heart.

Are there areas you’re still holding back?

    Have you “burned the ships”?

    Are you truly all in?

Discover the freedom, purpose, and power that come from full surrender—and step into the life you were created to live.

All in. No retreat. No halfway.

  • I Will Be Confident (Ain’t Nothing Gonna Back Me Down)
    Apr 19 2026

What does real, unshakable confidence actually look like?

In this powerful message, “I WILL BE CONFIDENT (Ain’t Nothing Gonna Back Me Down)”, Pastor Tim Brannon challenges the difference between talking about faith and living it—especially when life gets hard. Rooted in Romans 8:28–31, this sermon declares a bold truth: confidence isn’t based on circumstances—it’s anchored in who God is and what He has already done.

From Paul’s unshakable conviction to the fiery stand of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, this message reveals a kind of faith that doesn’t compromise under pressure, doesn’t bow to fear, and doesn’t back down—even when the outcome is uncertain.

This isn’t confidence built on comfort.

    It’s confidence proven in confrontation.

If you’ve ever felt your faith shake under pressure…

If you’ve been trying to follow Jesus with a divided heart…

If you’re ready to move from hesitation to bold declaration…

This message will call you higher.

It’s time to cut out compromise, settle your identity in Christ, and step into a life fully surrendered to Him.

Because when you know who you believe, and you’re convinced He is faithful—

you can stand firm and say with confidence:

“AIN’T NOTHING GONNA BACK ME DOWN.”

  • Hungering For More - Pastor Tim Brannon
    Apr 12 2026

What are you really hungry for?

In this message from Liberty City Methodist Church, Pastor Tim Brannon challenges us to look beyond surface-level faith and ask a deeper question: Are we seeking Jesus for what He can do—or for who He is?

Drawing from John 6:26–36, this sermon explores the tension between temporary satisfaction and eternal fulfillment. Just like the crowd that followed Jesus for bread, we can find ourselves pursuing Him for what meets immediate needs while missing the greater invitation—to know Him as the Bread of Life.

This message also unpacks the purpose of Jesus’ parables, revealing how they both uncover truth for the hungry heart and conceal it from the complacent. The difference isn’t in the message—it’s in our response.

If you’ve ever felt spiritually stagnant, comfortable, or curious about going deeper in your faith, this episode is an invitation:

Are you content with hearing… or are you willing to pursue more?

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7–8)

    Lean in. There is more.
