    In this episode of Leveling with Lem, I dive into the theme of embracing every version of ourselves. I share my personal struggle with accepting who I was after dealing with blood clots in my lungs.

    It was a tough time that really tested my resilience. As I moved into the following year, I stepped into new experiences that helped me understand my hardships and the importance of loving all parts of myself.

    I emphasize the need for radical self-acceptance and compassion, urging you to celebrate your journey, no matter how difficult. I also invite you to write letters to your past, present, and future selves, reinforcing the message that every version of you deserves love.
