  • Ep 17 - Don't Stop Now!
    Jan 20 2026

We would LOVE to hear from you! Text us!

    • Galatians 6:9 NLT So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
    • Phil 4:13 NLT For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
    • Hebrews 12:1 NKJV Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us
    • Matthew 11:28 NLT Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.
    • Matthew 11:28-30 MSG “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.
    • 2 Corinthians 12:9 NKJV My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness
    • Isaiah 40:31 NKJV But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
    • The word wait here is the Hebrew word Qavah. It is often translated: wait, hope, or look for. It means to entwine or bind together
    • Key Meanings of Qavah
      • To Bind/Weave Together: Literally, it's the action of twisting strands into a strong cord, symbolizing a deep, unified connection with God.
      • To Expect/Look For: It carries a sense of eager anticipation and hopeful looking for God's intervention, not just passive waiting.
      • Active Waiting: It's not passive stillness but a vibrant, expectant posture, like a child straining to see a parent arrive.
      • To Be Intertwined/Joined: It suggests a close relationship, being bound or woven into God's life and purposes.
      • To Trust/Endure: This active waiting involves confidence and endurance in God's character and timing
      • Hope & Expectation: It embodies faith in motion, trusting God's faithfulness even when circumstances don't change, looking for His action.

Endurance: Waiting in qavah builds inner strength, renews the spirit, and prepares for breakthroughs

  • Ep 16 - Contend with the Word God Gave You
    Jan 13 2026

We would LOVE to hear from you! Text us!

What word has God given you? (either for the year or otherwise)

    • The purpose of the Word of God to us personally can be to
      • Inform
      • Instruct
      • Direct
      • Equip
      • Prepare
      • Encourage
      • Comfort
      • and more!
    • When God gives you a word, initially you will receive the instruction or comfort it entails, and sometimes that is the whole purpose, but other times—and more often than not, that word is a tool or a weapon God has given you for what is to come.
    • So when things happen (or sometimes it is that things AREN’T HAPPENING), you go back to that word, and you repeat it, rehearse it, and BELIEVE IT! You CONTEND WITH IT for the outcome God promised, and you desire!
    • One of my favorite verses is in Acts 27:25 NLT So take courage! For I believe God. It will be just as he said
    • So what has God said to you? About your year or about your purpose and calling?
    • Whatever He has spoken is what you should believe, not what you see or hear or feel…but what HE SAID!
    • Ephesians 6:17 says: And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God
    • So we use the Word of God as our weapon–our sword, and we contend for it in our lives.

  • Ep 15 - The Power You Need
    Jan 6 2026

We would LOVE to hear from you! Text us!

    • Grace is what you need!
      • Acts 20:32 TPT “And so now, I entrust you into God’s hands and the message of his grace, which is all that you need to become strong. All of God’s blessings are imparted through the message of his grace, which he provides as the spiritual inheritance given to all of his holy ones.
      • Romans 5:17
        • NKJV - For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
        • AMPC - For if because of one man's trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God's] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
      • 2 Corinthians 9:8 AMPC And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].
    • What is grace?
      • Grace is God’s unmerited favor
      • Grace is God’s empowerment
        • 2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT: Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
      • Grace is what makes the difference
    • Zechariah 4:6-7 NKJV So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts. ‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!” ’ ”
