In collaboration with ICRT, we hope to share the latest thinking and stories to release your inner talent to succeed in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Our working lives are changing dramatically, and leadership is something that can make or break companies. We’ll be speaking to leaders who have to deal with all the issues associated with leading a business on a daily basis and asking them to share their experiences on how they cope, to help you better take on the challenges that being a leader pose.Our first guest, Tom Manning, is Deputy General Manager at CWind and co-chair of the UK Renewables Committee. CWind provides offshore wind farm training, best practice and support services to Taiwanese offshore wind farm developers with the latest technology in the green energy sector.
