  • LIMITLESS WOMAN - EPISODE 16 - UNDERSTANDING ADHD AS AN ENTREPRENEUR
    Feb 10 2026

In this episode we look have a round table discussion with Naomi Rose and Yvette Puliga on the hot subject of late diagnosis of ADHD in female entrepreneurs. We explore whether ADHD is viewed as 'the way my brain works' or 'something wrong with me'.

A big question to explore is "Is the Neuro-typical brain actually typical? Or is the Neurodiverse brain typical?"

Naomi & Yvette talk openly about their own diagnoses, and give insights into their own experiences.

We could talk on this subject at length, so naturally we have a Part 2 following on. Stay tuned.

  • LIMITLESS BY DEE AIREY - EPISODE 15 - SUCCESS COACH JOURNAL CHAPTER 5
    Jan 23 2026

I recorded this episode at 2am after weeks of broken sleep. Apparently it’s the Wolf Moon, which feels oddly fitting given how heightened everything feels right now.

There is a lot happening at once.

I share my excitement about stepping into the role of Regional Kent Director at Global Woman Club. It feels like a big moment. Energising, meaningful, and slightly overwhelming all at the same time. I talk about why I want more female founders to join the community, and what this next chapter represents for me.

At the same time, I’m deep in fee proposals, pricing bravely, and stretching myself financially in ways that feel uncomfortable but necessary. There is real momentum building - growth often asks more of us than we expect.

This episode explores what it’s like to hold highs and lows simultaneously. Excitement alongside pressure. Gratitude alongside overwhelm. I talk about the reality that sometimes the decisions that move us forward are tough ones, and they rarely arrive neatly wrapped or perfectly timed.

I also reflect on the importance of leaning into your tribe. Sharing what’s actually going on. Asking for help rather than trying to carry everything alone.

I pose a few questions for you to consider in your own business:

    • How do you feel about WhatsApp groups? Supportive and connective, or distracting and overwhelming?

    • Are you running your business entirely through virtual meetings?

    • Are you getting out and meeting people face to face, or has convenience taken over connection?

I talk about why making time to enjoy the fruits of your labour really matters. Why slowing down enough to cherish close friends and family is not indulgent, but essential.

  • LIMITLESS BY DEE AIREY - EPISODE 14 - CHAPTER 4 OF SUCCESS COACH JOURNAL
    Jan 8 2026

My journal after Christmas. It was a great end to the year. In this chapter of the Success Coach Journal, I'm sharing how the year finished up for me...

    - After finishing my book, I found the wonderful people to publish for me. There's so much to do.

    - And another book that I've been sitting with for nearly 20 years is finally finished. This is something very close to my heart. It's a book for construction industry professionals, bringing the intentions of the Equality Act law back to the table so that leaders can make decisions with confidence, without feeling the need to tick boxes or meet quotas.

    I'm psyched for this year.
