John Cirilli is the Executive Director of the Morton Division of the Midwest Food Bank. A Morton native and Syracuse University graduate, he transitioned from a career in banking to lead the Midwest Food Bank's Morton Division in June 2025, answering a personal calling to serve. John lives in Morton with his wife, Kelsey, and their daughters, Hazel and Ivy.

Midwest Food Bank's mission is to share the love of Christ by alleviating hunger and malnutrition and providing disaster relief. Morton is the Disaster Relief hub for the organization, and it responds to a wide variety of catastrophic natural disasters, from tornadoes and hurricanes to flooding and wildfires. The Tender Mercies meal program is also packaged and housed at the Morton location.

Phil Witzig has conducted the Morton Community Chorus in its annual performance of Handel’s Messiah since 2012. Phil has had a lifelong passion for music, serving in music ministry in his church, along with singing in and leading various choral groups around Central Illinois, all while working in the business world.

Jonathan Welch is the Executive Director of Camp of Champions, a Christian summer day camp in Central Illinois that provides children a safe, fun, and faith-centered experience.
