Über diesen Titel

This is a podcast where we talk about what's going on in and around New Zealand's property market. We'll chat about the crazy, somewhat hard to believe, news and stories in hopes that you'll laugh along with us. And we'll keep you updated with the major market changes too! *Just a quick reminder that anything we say or talk about in this podcast is not financial advice. It is purely opinion based and is meant for entertainment and educational purposes. We do recommend that you seek professional advice from a licensed adviser for your situation.Finax Anthony Persönliche Finanzen Ökonomie
  • It's the last one
    Sep 16 2022

    Goodbye to our beloved Queen.

Goodbye to COVID mandates and restrictions.

And goodbye to all who have been listening.

Keelan and I have had such a blast talking about all the things we talked about in this (mostly) property related podcast. We hope you've enjoyed us and learned a few things along the way. Who knows, we might come back....

As always, flick us an email and tell us if you actually want us to do another season.

  • Goodbye future petrol cars, the cheapest houses in NZ and re-zoning pushback
    Sep 7 2022

Petrol and diesel powered cars are getting phased out with 2 major world cities announcing to stop selling new ones in the near future.

The cheapest houses being sold in New Zealand might not have been as hard to find as it seemed, maybe we just needed to lower our standards.

There have been a lot of public opinion to maybe spend more time thinking about re-zoning areas of our cites, but is that a good or bad thing?

As always, we'd love your feedback! So, send us a message on

  • Toilet paper shortages, buying a burnt house and banning 'sausage flats'
    Aug 29 2022

Who knew toilet paper would yet again be low in stock. However, it isn't due to panic buying this time, although it very well lead to that.

Would a fire damaged house be worth much?

And could this be the end to the 'sausage style flats' Auckland has been seeing pop up in most development sites.
