If you have been deeply hurt or betrayed by someone you love, someone you’re close to or maybe even just an acquaintance or a co-worker or someone you’re trying to get to know & develop a relationship with, & you know you need forgive. You know forgiving them & releasing that offense would help you feel so much better & move forward, but you don’t know how. This episode is about the how.
