As the lead singer of The Delroys, he hit the road at the age of 17 with his friends and their hit song, Bermuda Shorts in 1959. For all of them, they had to learn about the ebbs and flows of the music business the hard way. We chatted with John about over 5 decades surviving and thriving in New York as a musician.
