Managing reports relating to Video Doorbells and CCTV is an area of great challenge for officers. In this session, recorded during our recent ASB Conference, we touch upon how we can decide what action to take when responding to such reports.

Led by Sharon, our Lead Associate for Harm Centred Practices, it is a must watch for all case officers dealing with these types of reports.

In September 2023, we ran our first virtual ASB Conference. Emma Standing delivered a session called Working in Partnerships with Housing, where she reflected on a case which resulted in an ASB injunction being secured to protect a community from harm, highlighting the importance of partnership working.

Emma is our lead associate for housing and has been specialising in the field of housing related ASB for over 15 years.

Back in September, we held our first-ever Janine Green ASB & Associates Conference, it was a conference that covered many topics including dealing with lower harm cases of ASB. These cases often involve seeking more pragmatic and practical solutions, given legal action is unlikely to be proportionate.

This session includes how to appropriately triage and assess the level of harm in an ASB case and understand the best ways to respond.
