As an “Inner Peacemaker Coach,” I love combining self care and the gospel together to help busy-giving moms stop spiraling in guilt and emotional overwhelm by teaching them how to process emotions with God instead of numbing them. I help them learn to regulate their emotions and replace guilt-driven coping habits (excessive sugar/food/technology/etc to comfort themselves) with Christ-centered self-care. I help them learn how to “be still” just long enough (even while being so busy) to really take care of themselves with God's grace.


I will provide supportive ideas of nourishing thoughts and self-care habits (most ideas take less than 30 seconds to do at home) that tie harmoniously into gospel teachings. I hope these episodes support your creativity and desire to take care of yourself which will help you show up better for yourself, your family, your church group & ministering families, your community, and for God.

  • Ep53: Meditation of Thanks for the Support You’ve Both Given & Received Today

    This episode is a short meditation for the start or end of your day, so it has: (#1) a simple way to ask God how you can be a support to someone else, and (#2) a way to give sincere thanks for the support you've received throughout today. (I'm trying to look up "at you" in the camera so I repeat a portion. Haha. I'm trying to be present with you which usually equals some real mistakes😅).

  • Ep 52: Big Feelings From Changes With Your Family Pet
    May 29 2026

    As the chicken-run in my backyard was being taken down this morning, I started having some big feelings.

    For years, I just "didn't get it" when others seemed SO attached to their family pet. But because I've now had 8 little chickens of my own, I now get it.

    The next home my family and I are moving to this summer, sadly won't be a place we are able to keep them, so it's time for our feathery friends to go to another nice home.

    In this episode, I'll walk you through the steps I used today and the ideas that helped me to internally feel fully: heard, awesome, comforted, and creative. I hope this supports you and/or your child who may be dealing with some big feelings from changes with your family pet, too.
