In support of World Suicide Prevention Day, Chris is joined by Dr Raphael Ogbolu, the Trust's suicide prevention lead to talk about the role we all play in suicide prevention.

In the episode, Raphael offers advice and guidance for talking to people about suicide, where you or someone you know can access help and also support for those who have been bereaved by suicide.
