Coming off a business event where a woman shared her three-year cancer journey, I found myself sitting with the question we have all heard before. If you had one week to live, what would you do? When I got back to my room and really let it land, I realized something that surprised even me. I would not change a thing. I have built a life I do not want to escape from. I would be home with my family, adjusting patients, leading my Masterpiece call, having deep conversations, drinking my ladybug coffee, reading my old journals, and honoring the mission that has always mattered most to me.

Home first. Purpose woven into every day. No grand finale required.

That question is not about a bucket list trip or some dramatic exit. It is a magnifying glass. Are you living in alignment, or are you secretly waiting to be rescued from your own life? If there are words unsaid, forgiveness unoffered, dreams delayed, that is your work. Stop waiting. Stop numbing out. Your mission is your responsibility. Misalignment is what makes us sick, not a lack of sunshine in Switzerland.

You get to choose your way of being right now. If you only had a week, how would you live? Good. Now live that way anyway.
