God sees the exhaustion you may not have spoken about. He understands the quiet pressure resting within your heart today. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before You now. Jesus, lead me beside quiet waters again. Slow my thoughts gently. Help my heart breathe again in Your presence. When my mind feels emotionally stretched, help me rest peacefully in Your care. When my strength feels low, remind me that I do not need to carry everything alone. I place every burden into Your hands now. And today, I choose stillness instead of striving. Refresh my soul gently. Restore calmness within me. Fill my heart with reassurance and quiet peace. Jesus, remind me that Your presence is still holding me even here in the middle of this day.
