This is a gentle yoga nidra practice to help your nervous system rest and feel safe.
This guided practice invites the body to soften, the breath to settle, and the nervous system to shift into a state of safety and receptivity and clarity. There’s nothing to do and nothing to fix — rest itself is the practice.
You may remain awake or fall asleep. Trust your body’s timing.
Best for evenings, moments of overwhelm, or anytime you need to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
