In episode 1, we meet The Meerkat Squad hosts and discuss the intersection of ADHD and autism.
Joris Lechene, an ADHD autistic decolonial speaker and educator, and Sheila Henson, an ADHD and Neurodiversity coach and educator, explore the intersection of autism, ADHD, and other identities, and the variety of experiences that result from this neurotype.
Using a neuro-affirming, inclusive, and decolonial lens, Joris and Sheila draw on the lived experiences of themselves and others to explore all facets of AuDHD life. In this episode they cover topics such as intersectionality, differences in socializing with AuDHD, and the wide spectrum of personal experiences that arise with AuDHD.
