  • Bridging the Gap | Legacy, Leadership & Showing Up With Intention
    Mar 10 2026

In this episode of 50 & Fine, I sit down with educator, activist, and leadership strategist Andre Brantleyfor a powerful conversation about generational responsibility, access to opportunity, and what it means to show up with intention as we move through life.

Andre has spent decades working at the intersection of education, leadership, and community impact. He is a former Director of Admissions at Young Harris College, Clark Atlanta University, and Georgia State University, and previously served as a Dual Enrollment Coordinator with West Georgia Technical College and a Career Counselor at Wiregrass Technical College. Prior to his work in education, he retired from CSX Transportation where he served as a manager and training instructor.

Today, Andre is the CEO and founder of BNB Strategy Group LLC, a speaker, education consultant, leadership coach, and mentor to many young Black students. He also hosts The Silent Partner Podcast, where he curates conversations designed to increase intellectual and working capital in both rural and urban communities.

    Together we explore:
    • What Andre is seeing on the front lines with today’s youth
    • Why access truly changes outcomes for students and families
    • The role of the Black man across generations
    • Why history remains our greatest teacher
    • The power of one voice and one vision to shift a life’s trajectory
    • What it means to age with purpose and intention after 50

This conversation is about bridging the gap between generations—honoring what we’ve learned, sharing wisdom with those coming behind us, and understanding the responsibility we still carry to shape the future.

If you enjoy thoughtful conversations about life, relationships, culture, purpose, and thriving after 50, you’re in the right place.

  • Intimacy from a Married, Single, Divorced Lens Part 2
    Mar 3 2026

Love, Sex & Intimacy After 40 | Married, Single & Divorced Perspectives (Part 2 – It Gets Real )

If you thought Part One was honest… Part Two goes deeper.

In this second hour of our conversation with Lateefa Mosley (@the_teefa) and Thomas Blake (@blakevision) of @lovefestatl, we take the gloves off and lean into the juicier side of love, sex, and intimacy from three different lived experiences — married, single, and divorced.

    We talk about:

    Libido shifts and mismatched desire
Body changes, aging, and sexual confidence
    Masculinity, femininity, and emotional availability
    Kinks, fantasies, and taboo conversations
    Compatibility vs. chemistry
Choosing peace over passion — or can you have both?

    This isn’t surface-level relationship talk.
This is grown-folk honesty about what we want, what we tolerate, what we’ve learned… and what we refuse to settle for anymore.

Because after 40 (and definitely after 50), intimacy isn’t just physical.
It’s mental. Emotional. Spiritual. And sometimes… experimental. 👀

If you’re navigating marriage, dating, divorce, or rediscovering yourself — this episode will challenge you to rethink what intimacy really means now.

  • Intimacy from Married, Single, & Divorced Lens
    Feb 24 2026

Love, Sex & Intimacy After 40 | Married, Single & Divorced Perspectives (Part 1)
The conversation we should’ve been having all along…

In Part One of this powerful two-part series, 50 & Fine sits down with the visionary founders of LoveFestATL, Lateefa Mosley (@the_teefa) and Thomas Blake (@blakevision), to unpack the real, raw, and unfiltered truths about love, sex, and intimacy in this season of life.

One married. One divorced. One single.
    Three perspectives. Zero filters.

    We dive into:
✨ How love and desire evolve with age
✨ The fears we don’t admit out loud
✨ Body changes, libido shifts, and sexual confidence
✨ Mental and emotional health in relationships
    ✨ Compatibility vs. chemistry
✨ And whether being single is freedom… or self-protection

This is grown-folk dialogue. Honest. Forward-thinking. Sometimes uncomfortable. But necessary.

    If you’ve ever wondered:

    • Does intimacy get better or more complicated with age?
    • How do men and women experience aging differently?
    • Can we truly be vulnerable after heartbreak?

Part One sets the foundation for a conversation that only gets deeper in Part Two.
