PE isn't just about our skills or performance we possess, but it's a space where resilience, confidence, and teamwork help to form our identity. Join me as we talk about how movement, sports, and physical challenges can impact our identity — for good or bad. As well as learn to rely on God in every area of our lives to help maintain a healthy sense of ourselves. When our identity is rooted in Christ, PE is more than just playing games or our performance. But an opportunity to reflect His truth in how we live, compete, and encourage others, such as teammates. So, remember: We are, Because He Is.
