If you are wondering, which jobs will AI replace? Well, your guess is as good as mine. In this musing, I tried to look at one of the ways a looming job replacement due to artificial intelligence (AI) use is likely to trickle down to Africans.
It’s part of a bigger scope on how to brace ourselves, particularly the younger generation, for the challenges ahead as it relates to getting a job and tapping into our human superpower, which is more of what we have to our advantage.
So, while asking: Are AI detectors accurate? Will AI take over the world? Or debating why AI is bad for the environment, or how AI affects the environment. Maybe we should be looking into how AI works. Or why AI is good. Or how do I use AI? All in addition to whatever area of study we are working to specialise in.
Hopefully, these talking points will help us prepare for the future jobs we all desire or hope to serve humanity in. When we focus on understanding what artificial intelligence means, what artificial intelligence can do, why artificial intelligence is important, where artificial intelligence is used, and how artificial intelligence is transforming the world, etc., we are likely to have a keener sense of how to empower ourselves for the future.
