Über diesen Titel

Heather Rae Swanger is the owner of the Utah Real Estate School, one of few locally-owned real estate schools in the country. She is a University of Utah graduate who loves education and teaching and is passionate about the value of a career in real estate.
When asked about the high-fail rate of new real estate agents, Heather says it comes down to two things. One is that when faced with an uncertain future of a self-employed career, many people struggle with the fear and shock of no longer being an ‘employee.’ Secondly, it takes a few months for agents to close their first deal, and by that time, many quit before they begin thanks to self-doubt and discouragement.
