 In 2020, I had a complete mental health crash and burnout. I had dreams for the future and I wanted to see heaven on earth but I could barely lift my head. Luke 10v2 ”the harvest is ripe but the workers are few” began to speak to me. I was a burnt out worker! Desiring to run and see lives transformed and yet needing my life to be transformed. I needed to get healthy again. I spent 5 months with Jesus everyday, all day and it changed my life. I also went to therapy, learnt about eating better and caring for myself and my mind better.     There is a lot going on in the world right now. I recorded this episode in real time, we can grieve, pray and feel despair. We don't need to deny our despair but we also don't need to live in it either. Jesus is a healer, He is with us in the middle of the storms, fears and unknowns. He is with us. In this episode I talk through how Jesus walked me out of despair.

    Hello! And welcome to the first ever episode of Healthy for the Harvest! The podcast all about living healthy in mind, body and soul. 

    I had dreams of what I wanted to do for God in my life but had some blockages in the way. There were some things stopping me from running to the harvest fields. I was burnt out, unhealthy and full of pain and trauma. Of course, that won't stop the plan God has for anyone! But He made it clear to me I needed to go to therapy.
