Inspiringly Curios.

I read this story years ago and Jack is doing a great job breathing light and live into the characters. Seeing Harry Potter as an actual character with motivations and goals and enemies in stead of a blank card board cut out is awesome. The scientific reasons are explained in such a way that you can appreciate them if you know about it and still in such a way that they don't subtract but add to the story of you have no idea what is being talked about.

I love the different voices. I hear in 1,5 x speed, that's best for me. The story and learnings are also pretty good.

alternate universe Harry

This story plays in an alternate universe where Harry grew up with loving scientist step parents.

Extremely well written and even better performed by the narrator. Must listen!

Disclaimer: this is not the usual fanfic crap. This is a truly amazing story that will grip and hold you until your last breath and teaches you the basics of rational thinking.
If you want to become a scientist or at least cheer for science, this is it.

Awesome book and absolutely cromulent narration

The book is an absolutely unique experience that I would recommend to everyone, but might not be enjoyed by everyone. It has its shortcomings, as do the original books, but its advocacy for scientific and (trans-) humanist thinking is something I haven't come across anywhere else.
The narrator is good and the audio quality very good.

Great podcast!

Very funny, sometimes serious and makes you thinking, captivating story.

But warning: You will not see the Harry Potter universe the same naive and unquestioned way after listening :D

Great - fun and educational

The mix of intelligent content to learn something with the witty way this is written, plus it’s being set in the Hp universe, makes it an incredible story to listen to! And well read by the speaker!
