在开始我们今天的播客之前，我想问大家一个问题：你了解自己吗？我相信，很多人的回答一定是：“当然啦，谁会比我们自己更了解自己呢？”Before we start today’s podcast, I want to ask everyone a question: Do you know yourself? I believe many people’s answer would be: "Of course, who knows us better than ourselves?"

那么我还想提出其他几个问题：你了解自己的大脑吗？你的大脑是怎么工作的呢？我们的想法是怎么产生的呢？仔细思考一下，这些问题是不是很难给出明确的回答呢。So I’d like to ask a few more questions: Do you know your brain? How does your brain work? How are our thoughts formed? Think carefully, isn’t it difficult to give clear answers to these questions?

我曾经觉得自己是最了解自己的人，但是后来，我意识到“我的了解”只是冰山一角，是很浅薄的。I used to think I was the person who knew myself best. But later, I realized that my “understanding” was just the tip of the iceberg and was very superficial.

我知道大脑是我身体的一部分，是产生欲望、想法、意识的器官，但是更多的我就不知道了。I know the brain is part of my body, the organ that generates desires, thoughts, and consciousness, but beyond that, I don’t know much.

所以，今天我们就一起讨论一下和“大脑”相关的话题。So today, let’s discuss topics related to the brain.

大家好！我来更新第二集播客啦！

Hello everyone! I'm here with an update on the second episode of the podcast!

这几个月，下午散步的时候，我经常能看见很多人在公园里、在路边录短视频，其中不乏一些年纪较大的叔叔阿姨。而且我甚至发现我妈妈也开始在自媒体上发表文章，更新频率比我高多了😂。

Over the past few months, during my afternoon walks, I've often seen lots of people recording short videos in parks and along the streets, including quite a few older uncles and aunties. I've even noticed that my mom has started publishing articles on social media, and she's updating more frequently than I am 😂.

我不禁感叹，现在做自媒体真火啊，真的切实地有了“全民自媒体”的感觉。但是为什么会出现这样的现象呢？自媒体和标题中的“猪”又有什么关系呢？

I can't help but marvel at how popular self-media has become. It really feels like we're in the era of "Citizen Media." But why is this phenomenon happening? And what does self-media have to do with the "pig" in the title?
