Latina Equal Pay Day was October 3rd, 2024. It's a stark reminder of the persistent wage gap that Latinas face in the workplace. As I reflected this year, both as a mother and a professional Latina, I realized that we need to step into our own power and start demanding better for our little women. We need to pave the way for them to earn equal pay for equal work.

Lately I have been having a hard time getting in tune with that feeling of gratitude that is so very important. It matters in manifesting, faith, peace of mind, and overall happiness. With all the turmoil, connecting with it has been more difficult than I am comfortable admitting but in the midst of the chaos and in strife is when the gratitude anchor point matters most.
