  • Beyond the First Period: What to Expect During Puberty, with Dr. Melissa Holmes
    Sep 30 2025

In this episode we’re talking about puberty, body image and how parents, particularly moms, can play a powerful role in shaping their daughter's confidence and health when their menstruation cycles begin.

My expert guest is Dr. Melisa Holmes, a board-certified adolescent gynecologist, pediatrician, author, TEDx, speaker and co-founder of Girlology, an AI powered app that helps provide specialized support centered around puberty, stage by stage.
