In this video I explore my initially difficult relationship with Marillion as Steve ‘H’ Hogarth took over the helm from the much-loved Fish in 1989. From an unpromising start in the early 90s with an overly ambitious compilation to show off the ‘new guy’, I developed a deep and profound love of the work of this interesting singer, philosopher, lyricist and showman.
