  • 7. Spiritual Warfare: Staying Rooted in God When Life Gets Loud
    Feb 20 2026

It’s your two favorite God girlies — and today we’re catching you up on what God’s been doing behind the scenes… especially in the building phase.

You know that season where it’s fresh and exciting and everything feels like rainbows + butterflies… and then the honeymoon wears off and the real work begins? The part where the numbers don’t hit the way you want, the timeline starts messing with you, the dopamine wears off, and you’re faced with a question that’ll humble you real quick: Will you stay obedient when you’re not getting instant gratification?

In this episode, we get honest about spiritual warfare — what it is, what it isn’t, and how it often shows up more subtly than people think. Not always chaos. Sometimes it’s discouragement. Distraction. Doubt. Isolation. The quiet whisper that tries to pull you away from truth and back into your old identity, your old idols, your old loops.

We talk about how spiritual warfare can live in the mind and the body — how exhaustion, overstimulation, dysregulation, sugar, brain fog, and constant grinding can lower your defenses and make it harder to hear God. And we come back to the anchor: when resistance approaches, can you stay rooted in God when life gets really lifey?

And because we’re not leaving you with just concepts, we close with tangible ways to stay grounded: prayer, scripture, memorizing verses for recall, getting outside without distractions, caring for your vessel, and leaning into community when everything in you wants to retreat.

Messy faith is still faithful. And if you’re in the stretch right now… you’re not failing. You’re growing.

In This Episode, We Talk About:

    • The shift from the “honeymoon phase” of faith into the building phase
    • Why instant gratification can become an idol (especially for creators + entrepreneurs)
    • What spiritual warfare actually is: darkness, distraction, strongholds, and identity attacks
    • Why the enemy loves to question: “Who do you think you are?”
    • How warfare shows up in the body: sleep, stress, coffee, nervous system dysregulation, and burnout
    • The difference between retreating to be with God vs. isolating in shame
    • Why community is protection — and how isolation amplifies fear
    • How to stay rooted when outcomes don’t match your expectations
    • Practical tools: prayer, Bible verses, memorization, nature walks, and nervous system support

Feeling the pull to stop doing faith alone? Come find us inside the Living Liberated community here. You don’t have to carry this season by yourself. God’s got it.

  • 6. Jenn's Testimony: I Met Jesus In a Prison Cell
    Feb 13 2026

In this deeply vulnerable episode of God’s Got It, Jenn shares her full testimony — from growing up around religion but never truly knowing God, to spiraling through perfectionism, performance, addiction, shame, divorce, and ultimately federal prison.

What began as a story marked by anger toward God, identity confusion, and relentless striving became the very path that led her home. After being sentenced to 39 months in federal prison, Jen encountered Jesus in a way she never had before — stripped of distraction, status, and self-protection. Through daily Scripture, worship, prison ministry, yoga, and later trauma-informed breathwork and somatic healing, she began reclaiming her body, her identity, and her worth.

This conversation explores redemption, nervous system healing, prison transformation, and the intersection of faith and somatic practices. We talk about what it really means to come home to God — not through perfection, but through surrender. If you’ve ever wrestled with shame, questioned your worthiness, or wondered whether God could truly love you in your mess… this episode is for you.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • Growing up around Christianity but feeling no emotional connection to God
    • Losing faith after experiencing grief and anger toward God
    • Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressure to perform
    • Divorce, addiction, and living a double life rooted in shame
    • Facing federal charges and being sentenced to prison
    • Finding Jesus before incarceration and bringing a Bible into prison
    • Experiencing God deeply inside prison walls
    • Reclaiming the body through yoga and praise dance ministry
    • Somatic healing, trauma-informed breathwork, and nervous system regulation
    • Wrestling with dogma vs. experiencing God as unconditional love
    • Why prison ultimately saved her life
    • How healing in the body can bring us closer to Christ

This is a story of redemption. Of exposure becoming freedom. Of prison becoming purpose. Of God meeting us at rock bottom and never letting go.

If this episode resonates, share it with someone who needs hope today.
And as always… God’s got it.
