Based on the novel Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor, the story follows Maggie, who escapes to a small Washington town after being left at the altar, where she meets Mark, his silent young niece Holly, and a family still learning how to live after heartbreaking loss. It's a gentle, emotionally rich story about grief, healing, found family, and the unexpected ways hope has a habit of showing up at Christmas.
