After more than a month away, I'm finally back—and this episode is an honest update on where I've been.

Over the past several weeks, I've walked through one of the most spiritually intense seasons of my life. Between spiritual warfare, confronting generational patterns, beginning therapy, and facing my mental health head-on, the Lord has been doing a deep work in me.

For years, I've struggled with depression and anxiety, and this season forced me to stop pretending I was okay. Therapy, prayer, community, and God's grace have all been part of my healing journey, and while I'm still growing, I can confidently say that the joy of the Lord has met me in a way I never expected.
