 A trial is underway in western Wisconsin for Nicolae Miu, a 54-year-old man accused of stabbing four people and killing a teenager in July of 2022 on the Apple River.Miu is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the death of 17-year-old Isaac Schuman and four counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide. He pleaded not guilty in September of 2022.The prosecution is arguing that Miu was an aggressor in the incident, and plans to call more than 40 witnesses to the stand.
