Dr. Khan remains deeply committed to the oath he took as a doctor: Do No Harm. Early in his career as a double board certified plastic surgeon, he was asked by women to remove their implants. He saw first hand the problems created by these devices, and saw a conflict with the Hippocratic Oath he took. In 2018 he made the decision to specialize in breast explant.
Dr. Khan believes Breast Implant Illness is a very real disease that ultimately causes suffering in women. In his experienced opinion, he believes all implanted women will experience this illness.
He is a champion for women, empowering them to seek the care they deserve, with a knowledgable and competent surgeon, who believes in their medical struggles. He is passionate about helping his patients return to healthy living, as well as showing his colleagues the full silent story within breast implants.
